1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Avaq Studio (avaq.studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. License to Use Digital Assets

Upon purchase of any wallpaper pack or subscribing to our Collector tier, Avaq Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download and use the wallpapers on your personal devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone, etc.).

You may not resell, redistribute, modify for redistribution, or lease our digital products to any third party. Commercial distribution is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive access to your purchased digital products via email. Payment information is handled securely and is not stored on our servers.

All sales are final for digital products. Refunds are not available except where required by law or per our Refund Policy.

4. Account and Security

When purchasing, you are required to provide a valid email address where your receipts and high-resolution digital files will be sent. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this email address.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
