Introduction
AVAQ Studio creates digital products designed to be collected, experienced, and preserved.
Because all products are delivered electronically, refunds are handled differently than physical goods.
Digital Products
All products sold by AVAQ Studio are digital downloads.
Once access to a digital product has been granted, it cannot be physically returned. As a result, all sales are generally considered final.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical delivery failures
- Corrupted or inaccessible files
- Incorrect product delivery
Each request is reviewed individually.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Personal preference
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Device incompatibility not caused by the product
